Happy Birthday Mason Isaiah

2 lbs 3 oz  14 1/4 in

                                                        All cleaned up!!!

                                                                   3lb 7oz & 15 3/4 in long

                                                            

                                                             2 months old! Time to go home!! 6 lb 7 oz!!

The beginning...

As many of you already know, Mason was born 12 weeks early. Weighing only 2 lb 3 oz and spending 9 long, excruciating weeks in the Loyola NICU before finally coming home on January 17th, 2012 weighing 6 lb 7 oz!! :) 

Mason was a very lucky baby, he didn't have any serious complications while in the NICU and didn't come home with any oxygen or feeding tube. He did require those things while in the NICU, but was able to be successfully weaned from them before coming home. 

This is a blog I've decided to create so that people who are interested are able to follow his life, updates, photos, growth, development, etc etc. So hopefully I can quickly catch you up on the past 9 months, and then you can keep up on your own as I continue to post updates! :)
